Trash Pick Up Information

Trash service is Monday and Thursday mornings. Please store all trash in covered trash can. Trash cans must be stored behind your fence or in your garage, out of public sight. Place trash cans on the street, next to the curb the morning of trash service day, but no earlier than 6 pm on the day before trash pickup. To avoid attracting animals (opossums, stray cats, etc.), do not put out trash bags containing food refuse the night before pickup.

Recycle service (blue bin) is Wednesday morning; put the bin out early, truck usually arrives promptly by 7 A.M.

WCA may decide to observe any or all of the above-mentioned holidays by suspension of collection service on the holiday. When the normal residential or commercial pick-up falls on a recognized holiday, the pick-up for that residential or commercial service will be the following day after their normal Collection day including Saturday if necessary.
